Your responsibilities will include: Running your section efficiently during service Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety Helping train and support junior members of the kitchen team Working collaboratively to deliver exceptional guest experiences About You We're looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about fresh food, eager to develop their skills, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
