Are you ready to step up in your culinary career in a vibrant, growing hospitality group? We're looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. From weddings and private events to busy weekends with regular guests, every day brings something new and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the kitchen team in a busy service when the Head Chef is away
  • Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Overseeing food quality, prep, presentation, and ensuring spec standards are met
  • Helping to manage stock, ordering, GPs and kitchen administration using our Procure Wizard system
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Supporting and developing junior chefs through training and coaching

What we're looking for:

  • A confident, organised chef with experience at Sous level or a strong CDP ready to step up
  • Leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • A genuine passion for fresh food and consistent quality
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
