We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a high-quality Italian/Mediterranean restaurant in London. You will be joining a stable kitchen team of around 10 chefs, working closely with the Head Chef in a busy, fresh food environment with a strong focus on Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Benefits:

  • Work life-balance - 40hrs contract.
  • Paid overtime.
  • Latest finish 22:30–23:00 (Mon–Sat), 18:00 Sunday.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine (or genuine passion for it).
  • Experience with charcoal grill highly beneficial.
  • Currently working at Sous Chef level (min. 1 year).
  • Strong leadership and ability to run sections confidently.
  • Stable CV – we are looking for longevity and commitment.

The Role of the Sous Chef:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Lead and develop the kitchen team.
  • Take responsibility for service in a fast-paced environment.
