What you’ll be doing as a Kitchen Manager:
- Lead and develop a high‑performing BOH team
- Run a smooth, efficient kitchen operation in a high‑volume setting
- Manage stock, ordering and compliance
- Champion food safety, hygiene and H&S standards
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure every plate leaves the pass fresh, fast and full of flavour
- Work closely with FOH and senior management to maintain excellent service
What we’re looking for in a Kitchen Manager:
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Team Leader or Kitchen Assistant Manager in a fast‑paced, fresh food environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Great under pressure, with high standards and attention to detail
