We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead a vibrant bar within a stunning restaurant and bar set in a beautiful historic location. The Role- Lead the bar operation, ensuring exceptional service and consistency at all times
- Create, develop, and deliver an outstanding cocktail offering
- Train, coach, and inspire the bar team with a strong focus on cocktail knowledge and technique
- Manage stock control, GP, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Drive bar sales and guest engagement through innovation and quality
- Work closely with senior management and the wider team to support business growth
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager
- Strong cocktail knowledge and hands-on cocktail experience is essential
- Passionate about premium drinks, spirits, and guest experience
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Commercially aware with experience managing costs and margins
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-led bar environment
- Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
- Bonus: 10% performance-related bonus
- Tronc Tips: £8,000 - £10,000 per year
