What You\’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, attentive, and personalised service
• Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience from start to finish
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, atmosphere, and presentation
• Work closely with the General Manager to keep operations smooth and efficient
• Coach your team on service skills, upselling, and guest engagement
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset

What We\’re Looking For

• At least 2 years\’ experience in hospitality leadership with a customer service focus
• A natural leader who motivates and empowers others
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and hands-on
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
