Join Trinity College London as a Recognition Business Development Manager. This is a 12âmonth fixedâterm, fullâtime contract based in London (hybrid working). Closing date: 5 January 2026.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of International Recognition, you will source quality leads, manage the pipeline, and achieve KPIs. Your work will advance Trinity's recognition footprint across universities and educational bodies worldwide.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Design and execute B2B campaigns and sales strategies for Trinity's recognition products.
- Source and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Track and analyse KPIs to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the CRM (preferably HubSpot).
Qualifications:
- A degree in Education, Marketing, International Relations or TESOL.
- Sales/business development experience, ideally in international education or the earlyâlearning / training sector.
- Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and a goalâdriven, tenacious approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
