The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll support the wider client services team by managing a range of key projects under the guidance of an Account Manager and Account Director. This role involves coordinating all aspects of projects, making sure that tasks are executed by the appropriate stakeholders and that schedules are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep a close handle on all project timelines and ensure delivery stays on track
- Own status reports, contact reports and key administrative tasks
- Proofread, quality check and constructively challenge work at each stage of development
- Liaise with internal teams to push projects through at pace
- Build trusted relationships with our clients, becoming the day‑to‑day contact for project updates and respond to requests in a timely and effective manner
- Identify and share relevant information and insights, bringing the right people into the loop at the right time
- Create and manage estimates, budgets and timelines
- Support the Cherry Marketing team with client outreach and management of social media channels
- Take initiative to spot gaps, remove blockers and keep things progressing
Skills Required
