Responsibilities
- Provide home‑based care for children with complex disabilities.
- Work with a team of carers to support children and young people who attend Cherry Trees.
- Follow shift patterns: early shift 7:00‑14:15, late shift 13:45‑21:00, day shift 10:00‑18:00; 3‑weekly rotation with Christmas period off.
- Receive full training provided and pursue career development within the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience as a carer or working with children or disabilities.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and fun‑loving attitude.
- Commitment to working defined shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
