We believe the children come first and providing them with great quality care is our priority. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Practitioner located in Coventry. The Early Years Practitioner will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality education and care for young children. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing activities that meet the needs and interests of children, observing and assessing their development, and maintaining a welcoming and stimulating environment. The role also involves liaising with parents and professionals to support each child\’s learning and development.
