We require qualified and Registered Nurse Trainers with complex care experience in the community, who specialise in care planning, clinical training and competency assessments. We predominantly work with disabled people who have a personal health budget and we train their Carers and Personal Assistants in their own homes, providing bespoke clinical and essential training to enable them to effectively support the disabled person.
Specialist and Complex Care training and support is delivered for our clients as follows:
- Half Day training sessions
- Full Day training sessions
- Care Planning
- Simulated and live competency assessment checks
