Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities.
- Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity.
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities.
- Supporting with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and daily notes.
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
- Building positive and professional relationships with service users.
