Interim HR Business Partner
£45,000 - £50,000 Pro Rata | Immediate Start | 3 Month Contract
We are recruiting an experienced Interim HR Business Partner on behalf of a rapidly growing organisation with approximately 500 employees across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR professional who can hit the ground running, solve problems, and drive action. You'll partner with leaders across the business, manage employee relations matters, improve HR processes, and support a business experiencing significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pragmatic HR support to managers and leaders.
- Lead and manage employee relations cases.
- Drive improvements in people processes and HR best practice.
- Support organisational growth and change initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance, absence, conduct and capability issues.
- Deliver practical solutions and ensure actions are followed through.
About You
- Experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager.
- Strong generalist HR background.
- Proactive, hands-on and results-focused.
- Confident managing complex employee relations issues.
- Able to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Immediately available
Location
- 3 days per week in Wolverhampton
- 2 days per week in Coleshill
Experience within logistics, manufacturing, distribution or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing business, with an initial 3-month contract and strong potential for extension.
