Temporary Administrator- Mansfield – 4 month assignment- Up to £13.14 per hour Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their public sector client to support them with the recruitment of a Temporary Administrator to join their Resilience team for a period of approximately 4 months. The role of the Resilience Administrator is to support the planing and delivery of any remediation works and/or planned recovery incidents. Responsibilities To provide administration including arranging meetings and rooms and team events, minute taking, co-ordinating diaries, logging of change requests & incidents and electronic filing To compile all standalone purchase orders and receipting of invoices for payment using the finance/payment system Uploading documents and general administration Ordering consumables for staff and keeping spreadsheet records of purchases To carry out administration tasks for on-call packs and business continuity folders, such as printing and postage To manage and arrange the team’s training and keep an accurate record of training expenditure.
