This is a hands-on role with real influence, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Own budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering actionable insights.
- Manage CAPEX and support investment decisions.
- Act as a trusted business partner to site leadership, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
- Proven experience in manufacturing and cost accounting.
- Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
- Costing experience will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
