We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead regional operations with vision and impact. What we\’re looking for: Proven experience managing multi-site operations or regional teams within a client-focused, regulated environment Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating senior teams, including Branch Managers and advisory professionals Exceptional strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a focus on growth, client experience, and performance improvement Commercial acumen, with experience in driving revenue, sales, and product adoption across multiple locations Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decision-making Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels and fostering a collaborative culture High visibility leadership style, comfortable with regular site visits, audits, and direct team engagement In-depth understanding of compliance and governance frameworks relevant to regulated industries Strong project management skills, including overseeing new branch launches and resource planning The finer elements of the role include: Lead, support, and develop multiple Branch Managers and advisory teams across the South region to ensure high performance and consistent client outcomes Drive strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through effective planning and execution Maintain a strong regional leadership presence, conducting regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to uphold brand standards, compliance, and operational excellence Oversee new branch openings, resource allocation, and advisor capacity planning to meet market demand Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure governance and regulatory standards are consistently met Harness data and insights to analyse regional performance, produce insightful reports, and support strategic decision-making at board level Act as a regional ambassador by building relationships within local communities, participating in outreach initiatives, and promoting the brand’s mission Preferred Education & Experience: Relevant degree or professional qualification in business administration, management, or a related field A minimum of 5+ years\’ leadership experience in multi-site or regional management roles, preferably within a regulated or client-centric industryOther Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly across the South region for site visits, audits, and engagement activities Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment Commitment to upholding the company’s values, standards, and client-first approachThis is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organisation.
