We’re working with a leading law firm that delivers expert legal solutions across sectors including real estate, education, healthcare, energy, and government. The role involves being the single point of contact for fee earners and managing all aspects of administration, including workflow coordination with Team Assistants and Shared Services, ensuring ownership and accountability of tasks through to completion. The role also includes providing high-quality workflow management and organisational support to fee earners and delivering exceptional client service.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and case/document management systems
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Experience within real estate law (desirable but not essential)
The finer elements of the role include:
- Act as a primary liaison for clients, handling basic queries and assisting with client communications
- Coordinate and manage document production and formatting, including quality control of outputs
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare supporting materials
- Support file opening/closure processes, compliance tracking, and records maintenance
- Assist with billing processes, expenses, and financial administration
- Manage CRM databases, client marketing activities, and assist with pitch preparation
- Maintain data rooms, conduct online applications (e.g., Land Registry, Companies House), and ensure legal processes run smoothly
- Provide cross-team support and assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and inbox management
