We are currently working exclusively with a thriving business based in Castle Donington. They are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant to work within their close-knit accounts function. This is a Monday to Friday position covering up to 25 hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing, generating customer invoices
  • Bank reconciliations on a daily basis
  • Looking after supplier invoices and processing for approval
  • Carrying out credit control duties
  • Processing staff expenses and credit card statements
  • Preparing monthly payment runs
  • Updating customer and supplier accounts
  • Processing petty cash
  • General administrative duties

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a finance function
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Organised and able to prioritise own workload
