Operations Coordinator | £30k to £34k | NG11 | Permanent Full Time Fully office based role Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm Free Parking Are you an organised and proactive professional who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to take ownership of office operations, IT liaison, Health & Safety, and business administration — ensuring everything works seamlessly day-to-day. This is a varied and hands-on role within a collaborative and professional environment, where you’ll be trusted to make things happen and have real impact on how the business operates! You’ll be joining a respected and people-focused business where every day brings variety. You’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, collaborate across departments, and make tangible contributions to a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement! What we\’re looking for: Strong experience in office operations or business administration Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Proactive and resourceful — you spot what needs doing and make it happen Strong IT skills (particularly MS Office and SharePoint) Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm, can-do attitude An understanding of office Health & Safety or management systems (desirable) The finer elements of the role include: Oversee all office facilities — from supplier management and office maintenance to ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace Act as the first point of contact for IT support, working with external providers and supporting colleagues with software, equipment and systems Manage the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) — maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement Take responsibility for Health & Safety compliance across the office, including inductions, DSE assessments, first aid provision, and fire safety Deliver administrative and project support to teams across the business, including onboarding, events, travel, and meeting coordination Provide PA support to senior leadership, helping to coordinate key meetings, client visits, and internal communications Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
