Personal Assistant to Board Directors Nottingham (Hybrid) 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) The Opportunity A highly successful and growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a number of Board-level executives. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting senior leadership, where you'll act as a trusted right hand to key stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping drive business efficiency. Offering a hybrid working arrangement, this role requires regular onsite presence in Nottingham and would suit an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a professional, corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Complex diary and inbox management for multiple Board-level executives Coordinating and supporting executive meetings, leadership forums and business reviews Preparing agendas, board papers and meeting documentation Taking ownership of meeting logistics and tracking actions and follow-up activities Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records Coordinating client meetings and visitor arrangements Managing meeting room bookings, refreshments and presentation facilities Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Supporting wider administrative and leadership teams as required Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretionAbout You Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or Board-level executives Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Strong diary management experience across multiple stakeholders Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams Able to work independently and proactively Calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities Professional, polished and customer-focused approach Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
