We’re supporting the recruitment of a Finance Analyst to join a growing UK Tech function within a business. This role is ideal for an analytically minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, improving processes, and delivering clear financial insight.
The Role
- Support accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting of delivery financials.
- Deliver month‑end processes, including accruals and forecasting.
- Manage cost centre monthly processes for associate and third‑party resources.
- Contribute to monthly reporting packs.
- Maintain data quality within project tools, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide secondary cover for controls and tools within the team.
- Drive improvements to month‑end processes.
- Support wider team with ad‑hoc financial requests.
- Lead on ad‑hoc finance projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Finance background; studying AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Strong analytical capability, including charts, pivot tables and large datasets.
- Team‑focused and collaborative mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in project‑based environments.
- Understanding of IT or tech‑driven functions.
- Exposure to financial services.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
