As a Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and business performance. You will work closely with the wider finance team and be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and prepare monthly financial reports and performance summaries for management
- Oversee stock accounting and system management
- Ensure accurate allocation of revenue and expenses across business divisions
- Conduct pricing analysis for projects
- Generate weekly and monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports for all divisions to support decision-making processes
- Develop and refine weekly and monthly KPI tracking systems
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting by providing detailed analysis for strategic decision-making
- Handle annual audit-related duties
- Manage stock control processes, including coordinating regular stock takes
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and issue resolution
