You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing excellent client care and ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an end-to-end residential conveyancing caseload including (as relevant): freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build, shared ownership
- Open files, issue initial documentation, and maintain strong client communication throughout
- Draft/review contract documentation, raise/respond to enquiries, and progress matters to exchange and completion
- Review title, searches, and supporting documentation; liaise with agents, lenders, clients, and third parties
- Handle exchange/completion administration and post-completion tasks (as applicable)
- Maintain accurate file notes and ensure work is completed in line with relevant compliance and quality standards
