We’re looking for a Finance Manager who’s ready to step into a key leadership role — owning financial reporting, driving insights, and making a real impact across our client’s fast-moving manufacturing operation.

Key elements of the role:

  • Monthly Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely management accounts and clear commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, cash-flow forecasting, and financial planning — bringing clarity to the numbers.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure all reporting is compliant with VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales, and other requirements. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and support the audit process.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small team (Accounts Assistant + Financial Analyst), creating a high-performance culture.

What you need:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
  • Proven experience in a finance role within manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
