My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the business on a temporary basis until Christmas, providing essential administrative support across a busy manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the broader functions within the operation Respond to employee and manager HR queries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support absence management and Time & Attendance administration.
Validate hours worked, overtime and attendance information.
Assist with payroll preparation and data submission processes.(Outsourced to bureau)About You We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in an HR Administration or HR Support position incl.
Payroll data via a Time and Attendance system Comfortable working with HR systems and high volumes of employee data.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident producing reports and analysing HR information.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Proactive, approachable and able to build strong working relationships.
Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
