Interim HR Business Partner £45,000 - £50,000 Pro Rata | Immediate Start | 3 Month Contract We are recruiting an experienced Interim HR Business Partner on behalf of a rapidly growing organisation with approximately 500 employees across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR professional who can hit the ground running, solve problems, and drive action. You'll partner with leaders across the business, manage employee relations matters, improve HR processes, and support a business experiencing significant growth. Key Responsibilities Provide pragmatic HR support to managers and leaders. Lead and manage employee relations cases. Drive improvements in people processes and HR best practice. Support organisational growth and change initiatives. Coach managers on performance, absence, conduct and capability issues. Deliver practical solutions and ensure actions are followed through.About You Experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager. Strong generalist HR background. Proactive, hands-on and results-focused. Confident managing complex employee relations issues. Able to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels. Immediately availableLocation 3 days per week in Wolverhampton 2 days per week in ColeshillExperience within logistics, manufacturing, distribution or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous, but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing business, with an initial 3-month contract and strong potential for extension.
