Overview
We are partnering with an independent consultancy working within the education sector. This role requires the successful candidate to understand the education sector having recent experience working with schools, academy trusts or other education organisations.
The Role
You will be acting as a trusted HR partner for a portfolio of clients within the education sector, providing practical advice and helping leaders manage people fairly and effectively. Building excellent relationships with your clients, managing general and also complex employee relations casework. Delivering practical HR training, producing documentation and coaching manager, this is very much an independent working opportunity.
Your experience:
- HR Professional with multi-academy, school and education knowledge
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Strong generalist HR experience, including employee relations casework
- Strong written communication and case management skills
- Confident with Microsoft 365
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites across the UK
