Job Description

Sales Estimator | Nottinghamshire | Permanent | £32000 per annum | Annual bonusCherry Professional are looking for a Sales Estimator. You will be responsible for  building costing estimations and quotations, after analysing project requirements. These estimations and proposals are expected to be acceptable at a technical level, meet the customer requirements as well as costed in accordance with the relevant procedures.Responsibilities:
  • Processing orders and ensuring all project paperwork is perfectly prepared
  • Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment.
  • Establishing and managing relationships with contractors, vendors and customers.
  • Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
  • Assist with product specifications, designs, and liaise with internal stakeholders for delivery schedules.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Competence in MS Office, CAD drawing interpretation, and IT tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative and a willingness to take responsibility and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work to deadlines
