Job Description
- Processing orders and ensuring all project paperwork is perfectly prepared
- Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment.
- Establishing and managing relationships with contractors, vendors and customers.
- Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
- Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
- Assist with product specifications, designs, and liaise with internal stakeholders for delivery schedules.
Ideal Candidate:
- Competence in MS Office, CAD drawing interpretation, and IT tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
