Senior Accountant – Accountancy Practice Leicestershire | £45,000–£50,000
Cherry Professional is partnering with a well-established, friendly local accountancy practice in Leicestershire to hire a Senior Accountant. You’ll manage a varied SME client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and delivering a high-quality, proactive service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing year-end financial statements, management accounts and tax returns
- Producing and reviewing VAT returns (accurate and on time)
- Building trusted client relationships and advising on accounts deadlines, tax planning and cash flow
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (or strong part-qualified with relevant practice experience)
- Solid experience with accounts prep, management accounts, VAT and tax returns
- Strong knowledge of FRS 102 / FRS 105
- Confident communicator who enjoys client-facing work
What’s on offer:
- £45,000–£50,000
