The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the finance function, lead and develop an established finance team and provide the financial insight needed to support a dynamic and evolving business. Leading a finance team that includes qualified, part-qualified and transactional finance professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring the finance function continues to support the business as it grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a finance team comprising qualified, part-qualified and transactional finance professionals
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Deliver detailed variance analysis and performance reporting
- Support strategic decision-making through commercial analysis and insight
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital performance
- Maintain robust financial controls and governance procedures
- Ensure balance sheet integrity and reconciliation processes are maintained
- Coordinate year-end accounts preparation and audit requirements
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisers and other professional advisers
