HR Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Nottingham
Rate: Β£14.00 - Β£16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary until Christmas Start Date: Immediate
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys a varied workload and can hit the ground running.
The role is for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees
  • Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Supporting payroll administration and ensuring data accuracy
  • Managing employee records and HR documentation
  • Monitoring and recording absence information
  • Assisting with employee relations administration
  • Coordinating offboarding and leaver processes
  • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Providing general HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous HR coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities independently
  • Experience supporting recruitment, payroll and employee records
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
  • The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
