We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly successful Nottingham-based organisation for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Leadership Team of three senior stakeholders. This is a traditional Executive Assistant role requiring an organised, proactive and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing competing priorities, changing demands and different working styles. The successful candidate will become a trusted right-hand support to senior leaders, ensuring their time is effectively managed and business operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management for senior stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes
- Managing travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, itineraries and last-minute travel changes
- Processing expenses and supporting administrative activities
- Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the leadership team
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipating stakeholder needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise
- Building strong relationships across the wider business and with external partners
About You
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident supporting senior leaders with different personalities, communication styles and priorities. You will be:
- Experienced in a Senior PA or Executive Assistant role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confident, resilient and comfortable challenging when required
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
- Professional, diplomatic and able to handle confidential information
- Flexible in your approach and willing to occasionally support outside normal working hours when business needs require
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Previous experience with the events or hospitality space would be advantageous but not essential.
