Personal Assistant to Board Directors

The Opportunity
A highly successful and growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a number of Board-level executives. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting senior leadership, where you'll act as a trusted right hand to key stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping drive business efficiency. Offering a hybrid working arrangement, this role requires regular onsite presence in Nottingham and would suit an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a professional, corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for multiple Board-level executives
- Coordinating and supporting executive meetings, leadership forums and business reviews
- Preparing agendas, board papers and meeting documentation
- Taking ownership of meeting logistics and tracking actions and follow-up activities
- Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating client meetings and visitor arrangements
- Managing meeting room bookings, refreshments and presentation facilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting wider administrative and leadership teams as required
- Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or Board-level executives
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong diary management experience across multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Professional, polished and customer-focused approach
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
