HR Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Nottingham
Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary until Christmas
Start Date: Immediate
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys a varied workload and can hit the ground running.
The role is for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
- Supporting payroll administration and ensuring data accuracy
- Managing employee records and HR documentation
- Monitoring and recording absence information
- Assisting with employee relations administration
- Coordinating offboarding and leaver processes
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Providing general HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
About You
- Previous HR coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities independently
- Experience supporting recruitment, payroll and employee records
- Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
