About the Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of 8 Negotiators and 2 Valuers in a thriving, target-driven environment. With a team hitting £2.5m targets annually, you’ll be responsible for maximising performance, mentoring team members, and winning new instructions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed revenue and performance targets
- Drive market share and profitability in a highly competitive market
- Win high-value instructions and maintain client relationships
- Mentor, train, and develop junior staff for long-term success
- Collaborate with senior leadership to continuously improve strategy and service
- Utilise tech and marketing tools to boost efficiency and results
Requirements
- Proven track record of residential sales and team management in London
- Experience leading high-performing teams and hitting large financial targets
- Energetic, driven, and able to lead by example
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
Benefits
- Basic salary up to £60,000 (DOE)
- Guarantee up to £70,000–£80,000 (based on experience/performance)

- Monday & Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday to Thursday: 8:40am – 7:00pm
- Saturdays: 1 in 2, 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 depending on experience
