Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end tenancy renewals and change of sharer processes
  • Review and negotiate rental increases in line with market trends
  • Provide expert advice to tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with tenancy legislation including Right to Rent
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tenancy records
  • Use property management software and Microsoft Office to streamline operations
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in the private rented sector, build-to-rent or residential lettings
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face
  • Strong administrative background in a fast-paced property environment
  • Confident negotiating tenancy terms with landlords and tenants
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • 2+ years in a Renewals Advisor, Lettings Coordinator or Tenancy Manager role
  • Propertymark Level 3 or TPI Level 2 qualification (or willingness to study)
