What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage your own portfolio of premium residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Complete pre-tenancy checks and ensure properties are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Act promptly on findings from check-in reports to ensure compliance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on required actions.
  • Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance, liaising with trusted contractors.
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant CRM records, including landlord preferences and safety certification.
  • Lead on all end-of-tenancy activities including check-out reports, deposit negotiations, and TDS submissions.
  • Act as the go-to contact for both landlords and tenants, offering solutions and building long-term rapport.
  • Ensure all properties meet required standards following EICR, PAT and Gas inspections.
  • Keep all property-related documentation well-organised and up to date.
