We are hiring a Renewals Advisor to join a leading residential lettings team within a high-growth property business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in tenancy renewals, property administration or lettings negotiation to join a supportive and fast-paced environment where your skills will make a direct impact on tenant retention, rental income growth and compliance excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end tenancy renewals and change of sharer processes
- Review and negotiate rental increases in line with market trends
- Provide expert advice to tenants and internal stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with tenancy legislation including Right to Rent
- Maintain accurate documentation and tenancy records
- Use property management software and Microsoft Office to streamline operations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
- Experience in the private rented sector, build-to-rent or residential lettings
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face
- Strong administrative background in a fast-paced property environment
- Confident negotiating tenancy terms with landlords and tenants
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- 2+ years in a Renewals Advisor, Lettings Coordinator or Tenancy Manager role
- Propertymark Level 3 or TPI Level 2 qualification (or willingness to study)
