Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to position the company as a PropTech leader.
- Use AI-driven tools to optimise campaigns and enhance audience engagement.
- Implement multi-channel lead-generation strategies, including content marketing, social media, email, PPC, SEO, and events.
- Create compelling content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and optimise paid and organic campaigns with data-driven insights.
- Develop marketing materials such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and email campaigns.
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation systems to nurture leads effectively.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Track key marketing metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of AI’s role in marketing and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).

- Location: South West London / Hybrid
- Annual training budget for professional development.
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus an extra day per completed year (up to 5 additional days), with the option to purchase up to 5 more days.
