A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings Consultant to join the team behind one of London’s most anticipated residential schemes. With over 400 new homes completing between Q4 2025 and early 2026, this is an excellent time to join a thriving team with long-term growth plans.
This is not a build-to-rent (BTR) model, but there are future ambitions to deliver BTR units on site – making this an ideal step for someone who wants to develop their career in high-volume, fast-paced new build lettings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings and manage the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
- Work closely with the in-house team to market and let a significant pipeline of brand-new homes
- Deliver a high level of customer service to applicants and residents
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and the property management team
- Maintain accurate records of all activity and follow up on all enquiries
- Play a key role in the early marketing and tenant onboarding process
- Support the team during the high-volume launch period
About You:
- Previous experience in residential lettings or a sales-based customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, proactive and target-driven
- Able to work collaboratively in a small team environment
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Enthusiastic about new developments and the London property market
- Willing to work the occasional Saturday (with a day off in lieu)
Package:
- £22,000–£26,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £55,000–£65,000 (uncapped commission structure)
- Monday to Friday: 9:30am–6pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 10am–5pm (day off in lieu midweek)
- All office based, one-site location
