Lettings Consultant – Developer North Greenwich, London £25,000 basic + £55,000–£65,000 OTE A unique opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings Consultant to join the team behind one of London’s most anticipated residential schemes. With over 400 new homes completing between Q4 2025 and early 2026, this is an excellent time to join a thriving team with long-term growth plans. This is not a build-to-rent (BTR) model, but there are future ambitions to deliver BTR units on site – making this an ideal step for someone who wants to develop their career in high-volume, fast-paced new build lettings.
