We’re working with a boutique land and property investment advisory business in Fitzrovia. This is a founder-led business with a stellar reputation and a small, collaborative team. The Managing Director — a passionate, driven and loyal leader — is looking for a right-hand person to bring structure, pace and calm to her world. This isn’t your standard EA role – you’ll be a trusted partner who can create order, manage up effectively, and help the MD focus on what matters most.
What you’ll be doing in the Executive Assistant role:
- Managing a high-volume inbox and busy diary – shielding time and setting priorities
- Acting as a gatekeeper and sounding board for the MD
- Following up on key actions and communications – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks including invoices, payroll checks and expenses
- Supporting with personal admin and tasks relating to the MD’s wider business interests
- Keeping internal systems, files and CRM tidy and up to date
- Occasionally pitching in with broader office operations – it’s a team effort!
