Our client is a Property Management specialist company who is all about their local community and providing the best service for their landlords and tenants alike. Their properties are all across Southwest and Central London and offer a variety of different housing types and styles, valuing at over £80 million. They strive to deliver a first-class service and professionalism to their clients.
Key Duties – Client Relationship & Property Manager:
- Liaise with Directors regarding project schedule of works, progression and pricing.
- Liaise with Property Owners and Landlords regarding property inspections, schedule of works and costs.
- Assist as required with the preparation of new properties.
- Assist with property staging and styling of new properties.
- Order furniture and arrange delivery.
- Oversee and assist with furniture assembly and placement.
- Assist with updates to property photography and Matterport requirements.

- Exceptional Customer Service and Client Management skills.
- Property Management experience.
- Customer focused with proactive mindset to ensure clients receive outstanding service levels.
