What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to tailored demos and six-figure deal closure.
- Sell consultatively to brokers, investment managers, and REITs — aligning their deal challenges with AI-driven solutions.
- Lead demos that walk through deal modelling (IRR, NOI, capex, yield) — clearly and confidently.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to inform roadmap development and drive adoption.
- Support GTM strategy refinement and account expansion across the UK and Europe.
- Represent the business at key real estate events, forums, and investor conversations.
