We are looking for an Activities & Wellbeing Lead to join our dedicated team and deliver engaging, person-centred activities that promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life for our residents.
What You'll Do
As our Activities & Wellbeing Lead, you will
- Develop and deliver a varied, person-centred activities that reflects residents' interests, hobbies, cultures and individual preferences.
- Ensure every resident has the opportunity to participate in meaningful activities every day.
- Create a warm and positive moving-in experience for new residents.
- Plan and lead group activities, one-to-one sessions, celebrations and seasonal events.
- Organise outings, guest speakers and entertainers, ensuring residents enjoy regular experiences beyond the home.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' participation, interests and preferences.

- Creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas.
- An excellent organiser with strong planning skills.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Able to motivate others and lead by example.
- Flexible, compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- Ideally having worked previously in a similar role, you will have experience of line management, supporting and organising the schedule of programmes of events or activities and have great organisation skills, listening skills, good written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
