What You’ll Do:
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required)
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
- Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
- Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- All other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
- Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
- Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
