About the Role
As we continue to support an increasing number of retail customers and local businesses across Guernsey, we have an opportunity for a team administrator / receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers, you will create a great first impression and help customers to connect with the right person in the team to support them with their enquiries. Able to communicate with people at all levels, you will be able to help customers find information and maintain communication with them either by phone, in person, or in writing.
As well as supporting customers you will also be supporting the financial services teams, from producing documents and letters, to supporting with events and arranging travel, to maintaining the facilities in the office. This is an all rounder role that will develop your administration and customer service skills.
About You
- You will have some experience dealing with customers face to face, either in retail or hospitality, or you may be looking to return to an office role following a career break.
- You should be comfortable using programmes such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- You are a natural people person with great communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with enquiries at all levels.
- You have a great eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things done.
- We are seeking an individual that is self‑motivated, and able to provide evidence of personal development through training and have strong ICT skills.
