Our Lending teams are getting busier as more people come to us for financing, whether it's for larger purchases, house renovations, or to simplify their finances. While many of our customers like to come in to talk to us face to face, an increasing number of customers use our online portal. Whichever way customers come to us, they will always deal with a human being behind the scenes. As we support more and more customers through our portal, we are now looking to grow our lending administration team.

What will you be doing?

  • Reviewing the initial applications made by customers through the portal to ensure that we have the information we need to give advice or to recommend to our underwriting team.
  • Collecting documents from proof of address and identity to bank details and liaising with stores where they are looking to make purchases.
  • Updating and maintaining our custom CRM system to ensure that we comply with the legislation of Jersey.
  • Speaking with customers to advise the status of their applications and to ensure that they understand the process.

Who are we looking for?

  • You may already have customer facing office experience, or you may be looking for your first office based role.
  • You may have just finished studies, or you might be looking to return to work after a career break.
  • You may be looking for full time or part time.
  • The important thing is that you have great attention to detail, you can build relationships with people from all backgrounds, and you are comfortable using IT systems like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • If you have experience of using CRM systems, that would be an advantage, but if not, we can train the right person.

If this sounds like the sort of opportunity you have been looking for, send your application using the apply now button, to see if you could be the newest member of our team.
