We are seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming team on a permanent basis. You will support children’s learning and development, plan engaging activities, and work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Qualifications
- Full level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Confidence in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
