GLF schools Banbury cluster are seeking a dedicated People Administrator to join our talented and hardworking team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting four primary schools in the Banbury area with a wide range of People administration tasks, including recruitment onboarding, compliance checks and data management. The schools are Longford Park Primary School, Hardwick Primary School, Cherry Fields Primary School and William Morris Primary School.

Working closely with staff across all four settings and the wider GLF Schools People Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards—especially around safer recruitment and regulatory compliance. What we are looking for:
- A good awareness and understanding of people administration, to ensure compliance with regulation and procedures
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to form rapport and build good working relationships with others
- Flexible approach and the ability to work on their own initiative
- A relevant HR qualification equivalent to Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) would be advantageous, as would experience of working within a school environment, but neither are essential.

The Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract type: Permanent
- Salary: GLF Specialist 1-5 (£27,061 to £28,021 FTE) actual salary £24,474 - £25,342
- Hours of work: 36 hours a week, 41 weeks a year (Term time plus 2 weeks)
